What's included
The same set at both levels. What differs is who works in it.
A register of packaging components. Each component has a material, weight, supplier and documents. What counts is the number of packaging types, not suppliers or user accounts.
Evidence against every requirement. You attach supplier documents to requirements and see gaps and documents that are about to expire.
A "To do" queue and a PPWR calendar. A new document opens in a preview and you click "Confirm". The app keeps track of deadlines.
Technical documentation and the EU declaration of conformity. Generated from the app, with a QR code for public verification. A register of issued documents and the option to cancel them.
A link for your supplier. The supplier uploads documents without creating an account. You send them the link yourselves.
Your data and its export. The data is yours and a full export costs nothing.
Choosing a level
The difference is not features but time. The question is who spends it.
Do it yourself. You work in the app, collect documents from suppliers and confirm the evidence. It makes sense when someone on your side has time for collecting documents. From EUR 99 net per month.
Done for you. An account manager runs the documentation in the app. They check documents, write to suppliers and prepare the declarations for your signature. The audit is included. From EUR 490 net per month.
The signature stays with you. The manufacturer signs the declaration of conformity. At neither level do we sign it for you.
You choose the level after the review. We start with a free 30 minutes, and only then do you decide whether to do it yourselves or with an account manager.

You do not pay for a single declaration. You pay a subscription for the app, from EUR 99 net per month if you work on your own, or for the service with an account manager, from EUR 490 net per month. One declaration covers one packaging type, so the number of products does not raise the price.
On the number of packaging types (up to 10, up to 30, more) and on the level, meaning whether you work on your own or with an account manager. We do not charge per supplier or per user. The same bottle with the same cap and label in ten flavours is one packaging type.
All amounts are net and VAT is added to the invoice where it applies. You can pay monthly or a year ahead. A year ahead means 10 months in the price, so 2 months free.
We quote it after the audit, because it depends on the number of packaging types and on the state of your supplier documents. The audit costs EUR 349 net and is deducted from the implementation. If you run the app yourselves there is no start-up fee, only the subscription.
No. The free review takes 30 minutes and carries no obligation. You show what you have from suppliers and we tell you what is missing. If you want a full report, the audit alone costs EUR 349 net and is credited towards a service ordered within 30 days.
No. With one or two packaging types and complete documents, a spreadsheet and a solid procedure are sometimes enough. We will tell you so in the free review instead of selling something that will not pay off.
